NIYANSA reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. NIYANSA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments

We accept prepaid payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.
A ₹100 prebooking charge is required for COD orders and is adjusted in the final amount.
A ₹75 COD handling fee applies per order.
COD is not available on orders above ₹5,000.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to verification and quality checks. Detailed conditions, eligibility, and process guidelines are available in our Refund & Return Policy.

Verification & Misuse

NIYANSA reserves the right to reject returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of product mismatch, misuse, damage not caused during transit, or fraudulent activity. Accounts found violating these terms may be restricted from future returns or COD orders.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
