Dispatch Timelines

Demi fine jewellery ships within 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery duration may vary based on:

Product availability and order type

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD):

₹75 COD handling fee applies.
₹100 prebooking charge required to confirm COD orders.
Prebooking amount is adjusted against your final order value.

Note: COD is not available on orders above ₹2,500.
