Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At NIYANSA, we aim to provide a seamless experience. Please review our return, refund, and exchange process below.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit the Contact Us page on our website.
  • Enter your Order ID and registered contact number.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Provide details:
  • Reason for return
  • Upload at least 2 clear images of the product
  • Pickup address and preferred date
  • Select refund method

Review and submit your request via the Contact Us page.

Verification & Product Integrity

  • All returns undergo strict quality and authenticity checks.
  • Returned product must match original shipment (design, material, tags, packaging).

If a mismatch is detected (wrong item, used/damaged item not due to transit, missing parts):

  • Return request will be rejected
  • No refund or exchange will be processed
  • Product will be shipped back at customer’s cost
  • NIYANSA may restrict future returns or COD orders

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after pickup & verification
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Note: Refunds are issued only after quality approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used, altered, or damaged items (not due to transit)

Exchanges (Within 10 Days)

Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery under the following:

  • Damaged item → Replacement with same item
  • Wrong item → Replacement with correct item
  • Size issue → Exchange for same design (correct size)

Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable:

  • Closest alternative, or
  • Store credit / refund

Exchange Verification

  • All exchanges are subject to inspection
  • If item fails quality check, exchange will be declined
  • Item will be returned to customer
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
