Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At NIYANSA, we aim to provide a seamless experience. Please review our return, refund, and exchange process below.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit the Contact Us page on our website.
- Enter your Order ID and registered contact number.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide details:
- Reason for return
- Upload at least 2 clear images of the product
- Pickup address and preferred date
- Select refund method
Review and submit your request via the Contact Us page.
Verification & Product Integrity
- All returns undergo strict quality and authenticity checks.
- Returned product must match original shipment (design, material, tags, packaging).
If a mismatch is detected (wrong item, used/damaged item not due to transit, missing parts):
- Return request will be rejected
- No refund or exchange will be processed
- Product will be shipped back at customer’s cost
- NIYANSA may restrict future returns or COD orders
Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 working days after pickup & verification
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Note: Refunds are issued only after quality approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used, altered, or damaged items (not due to transit)
Exchanges (Within 10 Days)
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery under the following:
- Damaged item → Replacement with same item
- Wrong item → Replacement with correct item
- Size issue → Exchange for same design (correct size)
Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable:
- Closest alternative, or
- Store credit / refund
Exchange Verification
- All exchanges are subject to inspection
- If item fails quality check, exchange will be declined
- Item will be returned to customer
- Additional shipping charges may apply
